You will be muted so that we don’t have 30 people (hopefully) talking over each other, but will be able to participate in the chat room. We will post the agenda later in the week but for now, SAVE THE DATE!

 Some suggestions for using “Go-To-Meeting”:

• Remember to download the app before the meeting, otherwise you will not be able to join.
• When you first get to your meeting you will see a picture of yourself and be asked “OK?” Whether you like it or not, this is you and how you will look!
• When you enter the meeting, on the top of the screen you will see a pull down of “view all” or “view who is speaking.” Choose “view all.”
• On the bottom of that screen, you will see a little icon for a camera and a microphone—choose the camera. If you are part of a meeting where you are muted, then you will see the microphone exed out. The session leader can unmute you, and then you can unmute yourself if you need to speak, or if you are an invited speaker to the meeting.
• On the right is an option to use the message box where you can type in questions or other responses
• You can also check your audio before we begin with the options on the right

If all of this seems like too much, you can enter the meeting via phone, and while you will not see any screens or other participants, you will be able to hear and visit the meeting.
